Stitch Fix reported that clients using its AI-powered Vision platform generated more than a 100% increase in Freestyle spending over a 90-day period, highlighting how personalization is deepening engagement. Revenue per active client reached a record $578 in the fiscal third quarter, up 6.6% year over year, while total revenue rose 4.7% to $340.3 million, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $333 million. The adjusted loss of 1 cent per share was narrower than the expected loss of 6 cents. Active clients declined 1.9% year over year to 2.309 million, but the Fix average order value increased for the 11th straight quarter, driven by higher items per Fix and broader adoption of larger Fix offerings. Category expansion also contributed, with women's activewear and athleisure growing about 50% year over year and men's delivering double-digit growth for the fourth straight quarter.
