Stratec SE shareholders approved all agenda items at the company's Annual General Meeting. The meeting resolved a dividend of EUR 0.60 per share for the 2024 financial year, unchanged from the previous year, with a total distribution of EUR 7.3 million to be paid on June 26, 2026. Shareholders also approved the actions of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board, elected PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH as auditor for the 2026 financial year, and approved the remuneration report. Overall, 70.1 percent of the company's registered share capital was represented at the meeting.
