Suja Life, Inc. Class A Common StockSuja Life refinances its credit agreement, reducing borrowing spread and lowering 2026 interest expense to $18.0 million.

Suja Life has entered into an Amended and Restated Credit Agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank as administrative agent, refinancing its existing credit agreement originally dated August 23, 2021. Under the new agreement, the applicable interest rate is the Term SOFR Rate plus 1.75%, 2.00%, or 2.25% per annum based on the company's consolidated net leverage ratio. Chief Financial Officer Jeff Pedersen said the company is not taking on any additional debt but is reducing the cost of carrying its existing debt, with a substantial reduction in borrowing spread and a corresponding benefit to available cash flow. As a result of the refinancing, Suja Life expects its 2026 total interest expense to improve to $18.0 million.
