Sungrow Power Supply Co LtdLaunched EnerNeo solid-state transformer for AI data centers, a new product development.

Sungrow has officially launched the EnerNeo solid-state transformer, aiming to become a global leader in power electronic conversion technology for AI data centers. The new product supports a wide medium-voltage input range of 10 to 13.8 kilovolts, outputs 800 volts DC, has a rated power of 3 megawatts, and achieves a system conversion efficiency of 98.5 percent, primarily targeting AI data center scenarios. On the day of the launch, Sungrow signed strategic cooperation and framework procurement agreements with Dongyangguang and Zhonglian Data. The planned cooperation capacity with Dongyangguang is 30 megawatts, to be delivered in batches from 2026 to 2027. The planned capacity with Zhonglian Data is 100 megawatts, with a demonstration project expected to start by the end of 2026. Chairman Cao Renxian attended the launch event. Although he did not deliver a speech, he was present throughout. The company expects solid-state transformers to enter a large-scale deployment phase by 2028, and has already communicated with leading North American cloud providers, with small-batch prototype verification mainly in 2026.
