On September 4, Sunwoda announced that its power battery subsidiary Sunwoda EV Battery completed a strategic financing round, with Li Auto investing 2.65 billion yuan for an 8.79% stake. Combined with its existing holdings, Li Auto's total shareholding reached 11.17%, making it the second-largest shareholder. After the financing, Sunwoda EV Battery's post-money valuation reached 30.145 billion yuan, while the parent company's stake was diluted from 26.38% to 24.06%, remaining the largest shareholder.
