Supernus Pharmaceuticals and Indivior Pharmaceuticals are merging in an all-stock deal to form a diversified biopharmaceutical company focused on central nervous system disorders. The combined entity is expected to generate pro forma net revenue of $2.2 billion and will unite commercial portfolios spanning 11 medicines in neurology, addiction, and psychiatry. Supernus brings assets including ADHD drug Qelbree and Parkinson’s treatment Gocovri, while Indivior contributes opioid use disorder therapies such as Sublocade, which recorded $856 million in 2025 revenue. The merger is projected to deliver around $125 million in annual cost synergies and is anticipated to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, with Supernus CEO Jack Khattar leading the new company, which will trade on Nasdaq under the ticker SUPN.
