The Supreme Court has ordered not to allow the plaintiff's appeal in the case filed against NCL International Logistics Public Company Limited, or NCL, as a co-defendant, resulting in the case being concluded and NCL having no liability according to the lawsuit. Previously, the Court of First Instance ruled that NCL must deliver the original bills of lading and pay money plus interest totaling 25.08 million baht, but the Court of Appeal dismissed the case. Most recently, on September 8, 2026, the Supreme Court did not accept the plaintiff's appeal because it was not a significant issue. Mr. Pongthep Wichaiyakul, Chief Executive Officer, stated that the company is considering the accounting impact and the reversal of the provision for liabilities previously recognized in the amount of 25.08 million baht, expecting to recognize the positive effect in the third quarter of 2026, which could turn the operating results back to a profit.
