Fujian Yongan Forestry Group announced that the Supreme People's Court has rejected the company's retrial application in a securities misrepresentation liability dispute involving Zhang Qiang and 16 other plaintiffs. The company had previously appealed the second-instance judgment of the Fujian Higher People's Court to the Supreme Court, seeking to overturn both the first- and second-instance rulings and dismiss the plaintiffs' claims. After review, the Supreme Court found that the retrial application did not meet statutory requirements. The amount involved in the case was 31.7255 million yuan, which was paid in full in July 2025. The company stated that this ruling will not affect its operating performance for the current year.
