Symbotic reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $721 million, up 22% year-over-year, and net income of $55 million compared with a net loss of $21 million a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA more than doubled to $95 million from $45 million in the prior-year quarter. The company ended the period with $1.7 billion in cash and cash equivalents, down from $2.0 billion at the end of the second quarter. For the fourth quarter, Symbotic expects revenue between $760 million and $780 million and adjusted EBITDA of $100 million to $105 million. The company also announced the election of Steve Pagliuca, former Co-Chair of Bain Capital, to its board of directors.
