The company will use its digital behavioral health solution, Syrenity, to engage providers and support patient referrals, with the goal of expanding access to coordinated behavioral health services for Medicare beneficiaries. CEO Greg Alexander called the inclusion a potential durable, ten-year revenue engine, noting that prescribers can be reimbursed for referrals and patients gain affordable access to prevention-first support. The partnership with HealthSync remains subject to negotiation and execution of a definitive agreement.
