T-Mobile revealed how its AI-powered Dynamic CX platform and 5G Advanced network supported one of the largest live events in U.S. history, this summer's international soccer tournament across 11 U.S. host markets. The network carried more than 1 petabyte of traffic across all host stadiums on game days, connected over 2.26 million fans across 78 matches, and maintained 99.9% network availability. Dynamic CX executed over 11,000 automated network optimizations during 12 major fan events outside venues, while T-Mobile customers experienced average download speeds exceeding 300 Mbps in stadiums. The company also supported public safety agencies with portable network assets and T-Priority for first responders, and at the championship match at MetLife Stadium delivered average download speeds of 1,251 Mbps.
