TAG Immobilien raised its full-year FFO I guidance toward the upper end of its range at approximately €197 million after first-half FFO I rose 9% year over year to €100.2 million. The July IPO of its Polish development subsidiary ROBYG generated roughly €272 million in net proceeds, reduced pro forma loan-to-value to 42.2%, and is expected to provide more than €450 million in cash for future investments, including Polish rental housing. The Resi4Rent acquisition lifted TAG's Polish rental portfolio above 9,100 units, while the company sold 1,350 Polish homes in the first half and maintained its full-year target of 2,800 to 3,000 sales.
