Taiji Computer Corp LtdCompany forecasts first-half loss of up to 420 million yuan due to declining revenue and gross profit.

Taiji Computer issued an announcement forecasting a loss of 300 million to 420 million yuan for the first half of 2026. The company said that due to optimization and adjustment of some system integration and digital infrastructure businesses, prudent assessment of existing risk projects, and strict control over new project signings, the scale of new contracts and revenue recognition for these two types of business declined markedly, leading to a sharp year-on-year drop in operating revenue, a narrowing of gross profit, and a swing to an operating loss for the period. In the second half of the year, the company will advance its strategic transformation, strengthen technological innovation, and optimize its business structure. Previously, the company's revenue had declined for four consecutive years, and it posted its first loss since listing in 2025. In the first quarter of this year, revenue fell 27.54 percent year on year to 886 million yuan, while net profit attributable to the parent company dropped 4,650.97 percent to a loss of 120 million yuan. As of the close on July 14, Taiji Computer's share price had fallen 44.63 percent year to date to 13.56 yuan per share, giving it a total market capitalization of 8.451 billion yuan.
