The Taiwan Freedom Project has published its inaugural sponsored special section in The Washington Times, a 32-page edition titled 'Why Taiwan Matters, Now More Than Ever,' as the first in a series aimed at explaining why Taiwan is 'the most important geopolitical question facing America.' The project, chaired by Washington Times chairman Tom McDevitt, seeks to win the information domain battle against the Chinese Communist Party by providing analyses from over two dozen contributors, including bipartisan leaders of the House Select Committee on China, Taiwan President Lai Ching-te, and other officials and experts. The section is organized into three parts covering U.S.-Taiwan relations, threats from China, and proposed solutions, with future editions to be translated into Mandarin. The online edition is available on The Washington Times website.
