Tangyuan Electric disclosed its 2026 half-year report on the evening of August 27. During the reporting period, it achieved operating revenue of 174 million yuan, and net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was a loss of 33.5102 million yuan. The company said revenue from its smart transportation business declined due to the order delivery cycle, while it proactively scaled back and exited the solid waste resource comprehensive utilization business. However, since 2025, the company has achieved notable results in market development around its core main business of intelligent operation and maintenance for rail transit. As of the report date, new overseas contract wins reached 38.9722 million yuan, up 285.29 percent year on year, with projects won in Malaysia, Brazil, Guinea, Singapore and other countries, covering Southeast Asia, South America and Africa. The company continued to increase research and development investment, and by the end of the first half it held 247 patents and 264 software copyrights, including 16 newly authorized patents and 9 newly authorized software copyrights.
