Target Hospitality raised its full-year 2026 guidance and set an exit-2027 annualized revenue target exceeding $700 million with adjusted EBITDA above $260 million, driven by growth in its Workforce Hospitality Solutions segment. The company now expects 2026 total revenue of $410 million to $420 million and adjusted EBITDA of $85 million to $95 million, up from prior guidance of $370 million to $380 million and $75 million to $85 million, respectively. Second-quarter revenue was approximately $86 million, with WHS revenue surging 142% year-over-year to roughly $36 million as utilized beds surpassed 4,000. Since January 2026, Target has secured over 9,000 contracted beds representing more than $1.4 billion in multiyear contracts, and management cited a pipeline exceeding 20,000 beds tied to AI and power infrastructure demand. The company also replaced its $175 million revolving credit facility with a new $660 million credit facility and ended the quarter with about $141 million in total available liquidity and a net leverage ratio of 0.6x.
