Fiscal 2026 sales fell 10% and Q4 sales dropped 42.5% due to delayed orders and lower volume in structural/industrial markets.

Taylor Devices reported fiscal 2026 earnings per share of $2.70, down from $2.87 in fiscal 2025, as sales decreased 10% year over year to $41.6 million and net income declined 9% to $8.6 million. Fourth-quarter sales fell 42.5% to $9 million, with net income down 49.4% to $1.9 million. The company's firm order backlog reached a record $52.8 million, up from $27.1 million a year earlier, with aerospace/defense representing 92% of the backlog. CEO Tim Sopko attributed the weaker results to delayed customer order placements and lower sales volume in structural and industrial markets.
