TBC Bank Group PLC reported a Q2 2026 net profit of GEL386 million, up 12% year-on-year, with a return on equity of 23.6% marking its 14th consecutive quarter above 23%. H1 2026 net profit reached GEL751 million, up 13% year-on-year, on a 23.5% return on equity, while total operating income rose 10% year-on-year in the quarter and net interest income climbed 13%, with Georgia net interest income up 19%. The group's cost-to-income ratio improved to 38.8% in Q2 2026, down almost 2 percentage points quarter-on-quarter, and the company declared a Q2 dividend of GEL1.75 per share, bringing H1 2026 total dividends to GEL3.5 per share, up 8% year-on-year.
