TBN Corporation Public Company Limited has announced a major strategic organizational restructuring plan, championing an End-to-End Lending model to enhance competitiveness. The company has a backlog of 274 million baht and recurring income exceeding 50% of total revenue. For the first six months of 2026, the company reported total revenue of 167.91 million baht, down 12% from the same period last year, and a net loss of 19.07 million baht, which includes a one-time employee compensation expense of 7.12 million baht. Chief Executive Officer Panayu Sirikrajangsri stated that the company will focus on comprehensive credit management solutions, covering loan origination, credit administration, debt collection, litigation, and the management of non-performing assets and non-performing loans, to meet the needs of financial institutions amid rising household debt. He expects signs of recovery to emerge in the second half of the year and is confident that 2027 will be a year of clear growth.
