Teledyne MEMS has been selected as the advanced MEMS manufacturing partner for two recipients of the latest FABrIC Challenge funding awards. Noze Inc. and Sheba Microsystems Inc. received funding through the FABrIC initiative, which is designed to strengthen Canada's domestic semiconductor capabilities. Noze is developing a silicon aroma sensor for breath-based health monitoring, while Sheba Microsystems is developing MEMS actuators for AI-based temperature compensation in ADAS automotive camera systems. Teledyne MEMS will provide advanced MEMS process development and manufacturing expertise for both projects.
