Tenax Therapeutics IncPositive Phase 3 trial data presentation at major cardiology congress, with strong statistical power and completed enrollment.

Tenax Therapeutics announced that results from its Phase 3 LEVEL clinical trial will be presented in a Late-Breaking Clinical Science session at the European Society of Cardiology Congress 2026 in Munich. The company expects to report topline data in August 2026, with an abstract recently submitted in anticipation of the initial analysis. The LEVEL trial is evaluating TNX-103, an oral formulation of levosimendan, in patients with pulmonary hypertension due to heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, and completed enrollment of over 230 patients in March 2026. A prespecified Blinded Sample Size Re-estimation in December 2025 showed the trial is powered at well over 90% to detect a 25-meter change in the six-minute walk distance primary endpoint. The presentation, titled “Levosimendan in patients with pulmonary hypertension due to heart failure with preserved ejection fraction: results of the LEVEL trial,” will be delivered by Professor Sanjiv Shah of Northwestern University on August 29, 2026.
