TES Touch Embedded Solutions released its 2026 interim report, showing first-half net profit attributable to the parent fell 17.6% year-on-year to 92.62 million yuan. Operating revenue was 1.27 billion yuan, up 6.4% year-on-year; net profit attributable to the parent excluding non-recurring items was 78.84 million yuan, down 12.6% year-on-year; net operating cash flow was negative 5.74 million yuan, down 103.8% year-on-year; earnings per share were 0.5234 yuan. In the second quarter, operating revenue was 688 million yuan, up 19.9% year-on-year; net profit attributable to the parent was 64.91 million yuan, up 3.6% year-on-year; net profit attributable to the parent excluding non-recurring items was 54.61 million yuan, up 9.0% year-on-year. As of the end of the second quarter, total assets were 3.185 billion yuan, up 14.4% from the end of the previous year; net assets attributable to the parent were 1.701 billion yuan, down 0.4% from the end of the previous year. The company said its operating business maintained a sound development trend in the first half, consumer electronics manufacturing services achieved scaled implementation, and it launched new embedded industrial computers with integrated on-device AI computing power; as production capacity at its Thailand plant ramps up, the profitability of its smart cockpit business is expected to continue improving.
