Tesla IncTesla will supply Megapack systems and Autobidder platform for multiyear battery storage deal with NatPower, generating significant revenue.

Tesla and NatPower signed a multiyear agreement to deploy more than 25 gigawatt hours of battery energy storage capacity across Italy and the U.K. The initiative is structured around five initial projects, with a long-term ambition to surpass 100 gigawatt hours of installed capacity. Total construction expenditure is estimated between $4 billion and $5 billion, and the portfolio could generate revenues of more than $15 billion over a 20-year horizon. Tesla will supply its Megapack systems and Autobidder trading optimization platform, while NatPower will own and operate the projects. The companies said the deployed assets will provide grid stabilization and dispatchable capacity for data centers and energy-intensive industrial operations.
