Teva Pharma Industries Ltd ADRNew positive clinical data for Austedo and Austedo XR in tardive dyskinesia.

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries announced new clinical and real-world findings supporting Austedo and Austedo XR in tardive dyskinesia, alongside the European launch of its aflibercept biosimilar AHZANTIVE. Results from the IMPACT-TD study showed that patients with mild symptoms experienced improvements in involuntary movements and daily functioning after treatment, while updated data from the ongoing three-year RIM-TD study found more than half of participants achieved a treatment response by week 15, with additional patients benefiting from continued therapy. The company also expanded its international footprint through the rollout of AHZANTIVE across several countries including France, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands, with further market entries planned later in the year. The biosimilar is approved for multiple retinal disorders and strengthens Teva's ophthalmology portfolio as part of its strategy to increase access to biologic medicines.
