Textron IncLeadership change at Textron Aviation; impact on company unclear.

Textron has named company veteran Brian Rohloff president and chief executive of its Textron Aviation division, effective August 31. Rohloff succeeds Ron Draper, who is retiring after more than 27 years with Textron and eight years leading the aviation business. Rohloff brings 29 years of experience at Textron Aviation, the manufacturer of Cessna, Beechcraft and Hawker aircraft, most recently serving as senior vice president of customer support. He has held senior positions across customer support, sales, supply chain and quality, including vice president of quality, vice president of sales, and senior product director for the Citation XLS+ and Citation X. The appointment puts a longtime insider in charge of a major Textron business as the company works to increase deliveries, manage its supply chain and support demand for business jets and general aviation aircraft.
