On the people front, the company gives employees the opportunity to contribute ideas through the TGE Innovation Day project, while upgrading its human rights due diligence, or HRDD, assessment to cover employees, partners, contractors, communities, and stakeholders. In supply chain partner management, the company launched the Supplier ESG Site Visit project for the first time this year, having already visited suppliers in both its biomass partner group and key partners, covering more than 80%.
