He emphasized that the US places importance on forced labor issues and overcapacity, noting that Thailand has no systemic forced labor problems but must accelerate relevant legislation to build confidence. The Thai Chamber of Commerce is ready to support the government with information in negotiating reciprocal trade agreements to rebalance trade, and to use this opportunity to upgrade labor standards and supply chain transparency to enhance long-term competitiveness.
