Xinxiang Tianli Energy Co. Ltd. ACompany and actual controller under CSRC investigation for suspected information disclosure violations, with prior financial restatements.

Tianli Lithium Energy, along with its controlling shareholder and actual controller Wang Ruiqing, received a notice of investigation from the China Securities Regulatory Commission on July 31 for suspected illegal information disclosure. The company stated that all operations are currently proceeding normally and it will actively cooperate with the investigation. Previously, the company had twice corrected past financial reports in 2026. The more recent correction was in April, when it adjusted its 2024 financial statements due to the 2024 annual report's failure to fully disclose non-operating capital occupation by the controlling shareholder. This involved an increase of 23.5283 million yuan in other receivables, a decrease of 11.5283 million yuan in prepayments, and an increase of 12 million yuan in other payables. An earlier correction in February involved retrospective adjustments to the 2024 annual, first quarter 2025, first half 2025, and third quarter 2025 financial statements due to parameter errors by the asset appraisal agency. Among these, total owners' equity as of the end of 2024 was reduced by 37.1379 million yuan. Tianli Lithium Energy is primarily engaged in lithium battery materials. In 2025, its operating revenue was 2.204 billion yuan, with a net loss attributable to the parent company of 201 million yuan.
