Tilray Brands will cease beer production at its Terrapin facility in Athens, Georgia, effective 25 September, as part of a broader restructuring of its US brewing network. The company will shift brewing production to other facilities within its network while keeping the taproom, warehouse, and repack operations open at the current location. The move is part of 'Project 420', a programme aimed at boosting profitability through synergies, which has already included the closure and consolidation of several breweries, the sale of Atwater Brewery, and the rebranding of Revolver. For the fiscal year ended 31 May 2026, Tilray's beverage net revenue rose 6% to $254m, but gross profit fell 2% to $91.2m and gross margin narrowed to 36% from 39%.
