Tissium has secured a financing package worth up to 60 million euros to support the commercial rollout of its sutureless nerve repair platform. The package includes a 30-million-euro Series D2 financing completed in late 2025 and a facility of up to 30 million euros from the European Investment Bank, available in three tranches of 10 million euros each tied to commercial, clinical and financing milestones. The funds will accelerate the U.S. launch of the Coaptium Connect platform, which received FDA de novo authorization last year for peripheral nerve repair, and support clinical activities including a trial for the Eclipsium ventral hernia repair treatment. With the Series D2 round, Tissium has raised a total of 200 million euros to date.
