TITLE is advancing the development of THE TITLE District of Naiyang, a landmark for comprehensive living and lifestyle on Nai Yang Beach in Phuket province. Currently, the company has residential projects in the area totaling over 2,000 units, with a combined value exceeding 11.247 billion baht. It is accelerating the development of a community mall, hotel, beach club, and various facilities, alongside upgrading public areas and the surrounding landscape, to sustainably propel Nai Yang Beach from a hidden gem to a world destination. Most recently, it launched The Olive project worth 1.4 billion baht and THE TITLE Serenity Naiyang project worth 4 billion baht, which has already achieved over 80% bookings. In addition, it has partnered with IHG Hotels and Resorts to develop the Hotel Indigo Phuket Nai Yang Beach with over 170 rooms, scheduled to open in 2030, and is preparing to open The Salute beach club within this year.
