TP, formerly Teleperformance, is expanding its operations in Brownsville, Texas, with the opening of a second operations center and the creation of more than 300 new jobs. The new 30,229-square-foot facility is located seven blocks from the company's existing Brownsville site, which currently employs nearly 600 people. The expansion will support customer service, technical support, and sales roles, driven by growing client demand and the strong performance of the current workforce. CEO Scott Barli said the new site will help deliver AI-powered, human-orchestrated services for leading brands while creating meaningful employment in the Rio Grande Valley.
