The Practical Solution Public Company Limited, or TPS, reported second-quarter 2026 net profit of 24.06 million baht, down 36.17 percent from the same period last year, as operating costs for projects recognized as revenue during the period rose. Total revenue was 399.68 million baht, up 3.82 percent from a year earlier. For the first six months of 2026, the company posted total revenue of 663.85 million baht, down 11.09 percent, and net profit of 40.67 million baht, down 31.98 percent from the same period last year, reflecting revenue recognition from projects in hand. The board of directors meeting on 13 August 2026 approved an interim cash dividend of 0.03 baht per share, with the record date set for 27 August 2026 and payment on 11 September 2026. For the second-half business plan, the company has a backlog of 1.784 billion baht, which will be recognized as revenue on an ongoing basis, and continues to bid for new projects from both the public and private sectors. Currently, revenue from the public sector accounts for 35.71 percent and the private sector 64.29 percent. The company is also applying artificial intelligence, or AI, to back-office and service operations to improve efficiency and control costs, as well as developing AI-driven cybersecurity capabilities to address increasingly sophisticated digital crime. The company is confident that its 2026 operating results will grow as planned.
