TQR assesses its business outlook for the third quarter of 2026 as still bright, following its second-quarter performance with a net profit of 29.88 million baht, up 48.07% from the same period last year. Both general reinsurance brokerage and new product development reinsurance brokerage continue to perform well, amid increasing demand for reinsurance due to natural disasters and new risks such as cyber and ESG. The company is also advancing product development with AI to support Mega Trends, and expects reinsurance for electric vehicles, cyber, and ESG to drive revenue. Meanwhile, the board approved an interim dividend of 0.203 baht per share, totaling 46.69 million baht, with payment scheduled for September 4, 2026.
