Net profit surged 48% and interim dividend declared

TQR reported second-quarter net profit of 29.88 million baht, up 48.07% from the same period last year, and total revenue of 75.26 million baht, an increase of 15.24%, driven by both traditional and new-channel reinsurance brokerage. The board approved an interim cash dividend of 0.203 baht per share, totaling 46.69 million baht, with a record date of 25 August 2026 and payment on 4 September 2026. For the first six months of 2026, total revenue reached 161.80 million baht and net profit 66.59 million baht, up 9.51% and 25.20% respectively. The CEO said the second half will focus on developing products and services to address trends in electric vehicles, cyber risk, and natural disasters.
