The company is demanding that Guiyang Public Transportation Investment and Operation Group pay the remaining contract price, overdue payment interest, and related fees, tentatively totaling approximately 90.46 million yuan. According to the announcement, the parties signed the contract and supplementary agreements between January 2016 and November 2017, under which Traffic Control Technology was to provide equipment, installation, system integration, and related services for the project. The entire line includes the first section, the later section, and Douguan Station. Traffic Control Technology stated that it has fully performed its obligations and met all payment milestone conditions, but the respondent has yet to pay the outstanding amounts. After multiple unsuccessful demands for payment, the company initiated arbitration. The case has been accepted but has not yet been heard.
