Tredegar Corporation announced progress on its One Tredegar operational transformation, which aims to simplify its operating model, integrate operational leadership, and increase accountability across the enterprise. As part of these changes, Carl Czarnik, the recently appointed General Manager of Bonnell Aluminum, has departed the company. CEO Dr. Arijit (Bapi) DasGupta stated that the company is moving from a holding-company structure to an operating-company model, reducing top-heavy leadership layers and eliminating redundancies. He will assume overall business leadership for both Bonnell and the High-Performance Films segments under the new enterprise-wide model. The company expects full continuity of Bonnell's operations and customer service.
