TRP_AESTHETIC CONNECTMajor restructuring with new co-CEOs and expansion plans to drive growth.

Aesthetic Connect Public Company Limited, or TRP, is moving forward with a major organizational restructuring under the concept of The True Transformation to increase agility and support long-term growth. The company has appointed Mrs. Pornpiwan Niramoncherdchai as Chief Executive Officer of Business Administration, or co-CEO, overseeing business strategy, marketing, brand building, and market expansion. Meanwhile, Assistant Professor Dr. Chonlatis Sinratchatanan has been named Chief Executive Officer of Medical Affairs, or co-CEO for Medical, overseeing medical and academic matters to raise treatment standards at Theeraporn Hospital. The restructuring divides operations into two main pillars: Medical and Academic, and Professional Management, combining more than 45 years of medical expertise with a strong business management system. Facial cosmetic surgery remains the core business, accounting for about 90% of service revenue, and the company is preparing to push FaceLock services and Multi Cell product lines while expanding into beauty, wellness, and longevity services such as weight management and hormone management to create new revenue streams and increase repeat visits. TRP also plans to expand its customer base both domestically and internationally from growth that has previously been driven mainly by word of mouth, by strengthening its management team in digital marketing and overseas brand building to elevate Theeraporn Hospital from a surgical hospital to a lifestyle and wellness brand. The company views this transformation as the starting point for creating a new growth engine by building on its cosmetic surgery business alongside expanding wellness and longevity services to generate new revenue and drive sustainable growth.
