True Corporation has announced a partnership with allies at the True Partner Forum 2026 under the theme Smarter Together: AI for Sustainable Partnerships, elevating collaboration from partners to co-thinkers. The company is bringing AI to bear on improving procurement efficiency and is opening its GHG Emission Platform to partners free of charge so they can measure and track greenhouse gas emissions, paving the way to access green financing for investment in energy-saving and low-carbon technologies. Sigve Brekke, President of the Executive Committee of True Corporation, said the collaboration is tied to two commitments: jointly creating superior customer experiences through innovation, and building a more sustainable future for the next generation. Dr. Netchanok Wipatasilpin, Head of the Executive Committee for Corporate Sustainability, said True has set a Net Zero target of 90% by 2050, along with a 42% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions from its own operations under Scope 1 and 2 by 2030. Currently, 100% of True's key partners have completed ESG self-assessments, and in 2025 the group of key partners fully entered their Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions data through the platform. Meanwhile, GSMA reports that data traffic over mobile networks in Asia-Pacific rose 350% between 2019 and 2024. True received a score of 100 from S&P Global in both supply chain management and supplier assessment and development, and has ranked in the Top 1% of the world's most sustainable companies in the telecommunications industry for the eighth consecutive year.
