Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing and Broadcom are predicted to join Alphabet in the $4 trillion market cap club by 2028. TSMC CEO C.C. Wei said chip demand looks strong through at least 2029 to 2030, and the company announced another $100 billion investment in its Arizona facilities. Broadcom CEO Hock Tan told investors its AI semiconductor business will generate more than $100 billion during 2027. TSMC is currently a $2.2 trillion business and Broadcom is a $2 trillion company, with Wall Street projecting 2028 earnings per share of $24.46 for TSMC and $21.28 for Broadcom.
