Twilio Inc. has announced the rollout of four new platform capabilities in Latin America, aiming to strengthen its position in the AI-driven customer engagement market. The new features—Agent Connect, Conversation Orchestrator, Conversation Memory, and Conversation Intelligence—are designed to address common customer service issues such as fragmented conversations across channels. This move accompanies Twilio's Customer Insights Series report, which found that nearly all surveyed businesses struggle with understanding customer preferences and unifying data. For the third quarter, management projects revenue between $1.505 and $1.515 billion, representing 16% to 16.5% growth year-over-year, with adjusted diluted EPS estimated between $1.42 and $1.47. However, bears point to intense competition from Zendesk and Salesforce, as well as economic and regulatory risks in the region. Institutional interest is rising, with 72 hedge funds holding positions in Q2 2026, up from 64 in the prior quarter, and BlackRock remains the largest institutional investor with 16.63 million shares.
