The transactions, completed on September 4, involved two separate purchases: 54,325 shares at a weighted average price of $75.6526 and 15,675 shares at $76.4425. Following the purchase, Macdonald directly owns 426,320 Uber shares. The insider buying comes as Uber reported second-quarter adjusted earnings per share of 81 cents, beating consensus by one cent, while revenue reached $14.19 billion, up 12.17% year-over-year but slightly below expectations.
