Uipath IncFiscal Q2 results showed modest net-new ARR and slowing growth, triggering a 17% share plunge.

UiPath shares tumbled nearly 17% on Friday after its fiscal second-quarter results failed to convince investors that a full growth reacceleration was underway. The stock closed at $15.19, down $3.03, on volume of roughly 104 million shares, about 1.57 times its one-month average. The company reported revenue of $410 million, ARR of $1.93 billion, and net-new ARR of $37 million, with non-GAAP EPS of $0.15 in line with estimates and revenue beating consensus by $12.41 million. Despite the beat, concerns centered on modest net-new ARR, slowing growth relative to AI-focused peers, and competitive risks in agentic automation. UiPath also announced executive leadership changes, including Hitesh Ramani's promotion to CFO and Ashim Gupta's transition to focus solely on the COO role.
