The land area is 44,353.95 square meters, with a building area of approximately 110,000 square meters, a usage term of 50 years, and a transaction price of 29.5693 million yuan. The company stated that this investment is conducive to expanding production scale, with funding coming from its own capital and bank loans, and will not adversely affect its main business or sustainable operating capability.
