UniStrong announced plans to transfer its 65% stake in Shanghai Titan Communication Engineering Co., Ltd. through public listing, with an initial listing price of 32.6821 million yuan. The transaction will be conducted at the Henan Provincial Property Rights Exchange. Shanghai Titan is a non-core asset of UniStrong and fell into losses in the first four months of this year. Using April 30, 2026 as the valuation base date, the market value of all shareholders' equity was 50.2801 million yuan, compared with a book value of 41.7251 million yuan, representing an appraisal gain of 8.555 million yuan. The company stated that this transaction will help optimize its asset structure, clear non-competitive non-core businesses, and the proceeds will be used to support core technology development and main business operations. UniStrong itself is under performance pressure, with its core net profit after deducting non-recurring items having been in the red for seven consecutive years. In the first half of 2026, it expects a net loss attributable to the parent company of 30 million to 40 million yuan, a year-on-year increase in losses of more than three times.
