Unite Group reported a first-half loss attributable to owners of 417.7 million pounds, swinging from a profit of 186.1 million pounds a year earlier. IFRS loss per share was 79.7 pence compared to a profit of 37.9 pence, while adjusted earnings slipped to 142.0 million pounds from 144.2 million pounds. Adjusted EPS fell 8% to 27.1 pence, and EPRA EPS declined to 26.1 pence from 28.0 pence. Total revenue for the six months to 30 June 2026 rose to 208.4 million pounds from 181.1 million pounds, and EPRA rental income increased 11% to 262.3 million pounds. The company reiterated its fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS guidance of 41.5 to 43.0 pence.
