Shares of UNIX climbed for a fourth consecutive day, gaining a combined 39.08%, after the company reported second-quarter net profit for fiscal 2026 surged 244.43% to 117.73 million baht. Sales revenue came in at 883.17 million baht, up 15.52% from the same period last year, supported by continued growth in sales of flexible packaging film and heavy-duty packaging film, along with raw material cost management and selling price adjustments in line with costs. This led to an improved gross profit margin and lower financial costs. For the first six months of 2026, the company posted net profit of 180.75 million baht, up 117.28%, with sales revenue of 1.662 billion baht, up 5.77%. Chief Executive Officer Solos Yodmongkol said that in the second half of 2026, the company plans to invest in advanced production technology machinery to improve efficiency, reduce costs, cut energy use, and raise product quality. It is also preparing its 2027 business plan, focusing on expanding the market through new products and increasing the share of higher value-added goods, particularly flexible packaging film, which is a core business with high growth potential.
