Net income rose 37% to $273.4 million, and non-GAAP net income increased 16% to $387.4 million. The company also announced that Vault CRM secured commitments from 12 top 20 biopharmas, and it acquired Copli to launch Veeva Falcon MLR. For the fiscal third quarter, Veeva guides total revenues between $932 and $935 million, and for the full fiscal year, it expects total revenues between $3,682 and $3,687 million.
