Veeva Systems shares rose more than 11.5% in the past week following the acquisition of Copli and the launch of the AI-driven Veeva Falcon MLR platform. On June 23, Veeva acquired Copli, a provider of agentic medical, legal, and regulatory solutions for life sciences, and made it available as Veeva Falcon MLR, aiming to reduce manual MLR labor by 70% or more within five years. On June 25, the company announced Veeva EHS, a new environmental, health, and safety application within Veeva Quality Cloud, with early adopter availability planned for August 2026. Of 29 analysts covering the stock, 20 rate it Buy and 8 rate it Hold, with an average price target of $235 implying over 37% upside. Year to date, however, the shares are down more than 23%.
