Ventas has named Andrew L. Wattula Executive Vice President of Outpatient Medical & Research and CEO of its wholly-owned subsidiary Lillibridge Healthcare Services, effective August 2026. He succeeds Peter J. Bulgarelli, who retired in May 2026, and will oversee the company's outpatient medical and research business, a leading owner and manager of properties at the intersection of medicine, research, and universities. Wattula most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Hudson Pacific Properties, where he led operations for a 16.5 million square foot office and retail portfolio, and previously held roles at Beacon Capital Partners and Hines. He will report to Ventas Chairman and CEO Debra A. Cafaro.
